I purchased this to cut back on salon money and let’s be honest regular nail polish is a waste of money. My review photo is after a full weekend of going out, washing multiple dishes and a eight hour house cleaning binge, plus some yard work. This brand actually stays on and doesn’t just peel off.The colors are not all my favorite but for the price you get a lot of colors that you would actually like. Much cheaper than buying individual bottles. It comes with a full size gloss top coat and a full size, beautiful matte top coat.The actual polishes are a bit smaller than the top coat and base coats but I think that’s fine as the product is very pigmented and you only need to dip your brush twice per hand. It’s a great buy, a money saver and a time saver. I would purchase this again on other color options.

So I purchase this a bit of a month ago and I wanted to give it a try before making a review, I had done my nails 3 times already and did my moms and sister with it and I’m going to tell you that is WORTH IT I used to spend $80-$100 to get my nails done and this is saving me a lot of money because I can do my nails as many times as I want and how ever I like them, the gel bottle are a bit smaller than I thought but for the price I cannot complain, it come with everything you need to do your nails only if you wish to do extension you’ll need to get the extra stuff and personally I spend an extra $30 for a drill and some nails tips and glue so is not that bad, comparing to pay over $80 for nails this is worth it cuz yall are gonna use to multiple times so yeahA pro tip is to live your nails to dry in the UV a little longer than it says just to ensure you get your nails dry properly since the lamp is small it doesn’t have the same power as the salon onesOverall my experience has been more than happy I was so greatful I bought this so if you wanna save some cash and still have nice looking nails go for it, just watch some tutorial in TikTok and you’ll be set so 100% recommend it

I’ve tried another brand of gel polish that was OK. I gave this kit a try this time and I was blown away by the quality! It’s as good as if I’d gotten them done at the nail salon. Super strong, super shiny top coat, lasts a long time. And it’s so easy to do. You can’t beat the price. The bottles are itty bitty but they’ll each give you at least a few full sets and there are so many colors. You’ve already saved at LEAST $1000 at the salon by spending $18 on a small set of these.

I purchased this beetles gel “Cozy Campfire” set. It was on a great sale, that I didn’t want to pass up. I have previously purchased another beetles gel set called “Glamping”. This set was also only sample/trial sized, colors are 0.17 oz and tops and base gels are 0.25 oz. As with the previous set I purchased the bottles are all glass, I really appreciate that. Some other trial brands I have are plastic… This “Cozy Campfire” set has beautiful colors. I love fall colors. Sadly a couple I feel would have been better as a creamy opaque base. Most of the colors in this set were very transparent and needed 3 coats to be even and consistent. The glitters were syrups/jellys and still transparent after 3 coat, but I feel looked best at 3 coats rather than 2, personal preference, see photos for example. As with the other set I purchased the color gels have a very sticky formula, they don’t glide over the nail as with some other brands. That is a bit frustrating at first, but I got used to it. Sadly I had issues with the matte top coat not fully curing,even with added lamp time, just like the matte from the other beetles set I purchased. I had no issues with any of the others, they all cure in my lamp at 60 seconds. So I would recommend buying a different brand of matte gel top coat. great starter set if your new to gel, the price for quality could not be beat. Hope this helps, thank you for reading.

I got this for me and my 7 year old daughter so that we can have girls time without spending so much at the salons! We love having this. We can create all kinds of designs and the colors last! So glad I purchased this item!

The only thing I don’t like about these is that they are small and cannot order the colors separately in a bigger bottle. They go on quite smooth and seem to self level. The shimmers and glitters are gorgeous. I’ve done some marbleing with some and it comes out so pretty. I use the Beetle blooming gel with them at times and works wonderfully, the colors spread out but can take a little waiting especially if the room is on the cold side. This set does not have any sheer colors or nudes. All colors match each other so well.

Ok, I’m very impressed with this set. Not knowing what it’s chemically doing to my body (it’s not natural or organic), but it does really nice manicures. My salon wanted twice the price of this set for one manicure for the holidays, so I bought this instead. I did my own manicure. It was a bit of a learning curve. The first time, I did not get the dark green to go on very smoothly, so I had to add the glitter to the top to cover some of the flaws. But it ended up looking very nice and I got tons of compliments. I then repeated with the red and even though I did a lot better on the even coverage, I added the glitter. Again, lots of compliments. The glitter is not very easy to spread evenly, because the larger pieces tend to collect together. It has a little bit of a snow-globe effect. I am planning to try some of the more neutral colors through the winter. Both manicures have lasted through everything I threw at them, including plumbing repairs etc, so not problems there. If you get the Vivaali (if you can get them to send you an unused set) gel remover and the remover set from Beetles with the files, then it’s not hard to change manicures. Now that I have what I need, it’s going to be quite a while of fun, for the cost of one salon manicure.

First thing’s first: I gave this product three stars because I love the color variety and the richness of the shades, but I’d give quality one star. The colors are all stunning and there’s a great variety in shades- it really feels like you’re getting your money’s worth in that way. However, as other reviewers mentioned, the bottles are MINISCULE. SO small! I’m not sure if you can tell from the pictures, but to put things in to perspective: painting my toe-nails (two coats) took an ENTIRE bottle. And I am not exactly generous with my coating either, so that was kind of sad.As far as performance goes, I would consider this incredibly poor. I typically do poly-gel nails for myself and retention is pretty decent- about 3 to 4 weeks- so I’d consider myself pretty okay at prep work. I’m careful, I’m meticulous, and I know how to prepare a base for a long-lasting manicure. Even so, after adequately prepping and filing the nail, and following the instructions for the actual nail polish perfectly, using base coat and top coat, this stuff did not last two days before beginning to lift and peel. I also found that multiple colors needed an excessive number of coats and, on top of that, a 120 second cure time per layer, which is a lot higher than most other gels I’ve used. That might not bother some people, but I’m very cautious in general and I wear sunscreen and UV gloves to protect myself, so having to put my nails under a high-powered lamp for like eight minutes per hand was not ideal.All in all, I would not recommend. The colors are pretty, but you don’t get much per bottle, and the excessive curing time in conjunction with the lack of retention and durability just don’t feel worth it.

All the colors are pretty but I do feel like some of the colors are very similar and there isn’t a solid shade of purple/lilac in the whole set. I had to mix colors to create it.

I love beetles nail gel, I use it all the time. Great quality. This particular set (cozy campfire) I’ve been wanting to get for years. I finally got it, and I love the colors, but I’m disappointed in the size of the nail polishes. Much smaller than when you buy a 6 pack of beetles gel polish. I could MAYBE get 3/4 sets of nails out of each jar. It’s just not really advertised that the larger packs come with smaller bottles unless you compare the ml / fl.oz.
